When will I receive my order?

An order you make with Direct Databases is instant there is no waiting for your order. When you enter your paypal email and make payment. You will receive an encrypted download link for your order. This is valid for a single download that you have purchased.

What if I get my order in a damaged/bad condition?

Just send us an email to sales@linksr4u.com with your paypal transaction number and we will investigate the problems you encountered. In most cases we will email you your order to the email address to make the purchase with.

How much time will it take to get my items?

This is instant upon payment made with paypal if your order is large please make sure that your email address can handle the size of file you are ordering. Also make sure you check your Anti Spam folder as sometimes your order will be in there.

Can I purchase without registering?

Yes you can make as many orders as you like as we do not require anyone to be registered with us

Do I need to do anything after I receive the items?

Yes all orders are in Zip or Rar format so make sure that you have either 1 installed on your computer. Again if you have any troubles please contact us and we will be able to help. A small percentage of the total order price. This percentage is subject to change from time to time. The current seller commission is 2%. There are no other changes involved.
