Definitions

The "Database" means the program that is loaded onto your website and all the information (including the database, product catalog) and services that is provided by it. "Databases Direct" means Databases Direct.  

Copyright & Trademarks

All content displayed by the Database, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, list, product catalog, category structure, and Database, is the property of Databases Direct or its content suppliers and protected by U.K. and international copyright laws.

Some text, graphics and logos are trademarks or registered trade marks of Databases Direct or other providers, and they are protected by U.K. and international laws & protocols.

License Grant.

Databases Direct grants you a nonexclusive, non transferable, limited license to use the Database . This license does not entitle you to receive from Databases Direct any documentation, technical support, telephone assistance, or enhancements or updates to the Program.

This license covers the database(s)  comes with this Database, unless any special license document states the otherwise. 

Use of Information
Limited permission to access the information provided by this Database is granted to

(1) Legal marketing campaigns strictly following local community guidelines, government rules, laws and international protocols,

(2) Research, study , aggregate  the materials without disclosing any part of it directly to any 3rd parties, for legal purposes  only and without harming the material provider or the businesses, personals provided by this Database.

(4) harm or attempt to harm the interests of Databases Direct by involving Databases Direct in any legal actions, suits or other conflicts using information provided by this Database.

(5) You are not allowed to disclose the source of those materials, including the name of Databases Direct, and its content providers, to any 3rd parties under any circumstances without the written authorization from Databases Direct. You should never name or involve Databases Direct and other providers, resellers or representatives of those materials in any law suits or other conflicts with 3rd parties.

Disclaimers of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

a) You agree that the use of our information, Database, service is at your own risk. You agree that all of the information, instructions, recommendations and services are provided by this Database on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You are solely responsible to isolate program and information, execute anti-contamination Database and otherwise take steps to ensure that Database or information, if contaminated or infected, will not damage your information or system.

e) DATABASES DIRECT DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THAT THE DATABASE WILL NOT CAUSE A CONFLICT OR HARM OTHER DATABASE INSTALLED ON YOUR WEBSITE OR THE HARDWARE IN ANY WAY THAT MAY AFFECT THE ABILITY TO USE SUCH DATABASE OR HARDWARE, THEIR ACTIVITY, OPERATION AND EFFECTIVENESS.

General Provisions

You and Database Direct agree that the substantive laws of the country of the UK , without reference to its principles of conflicts of laws, will be applied to govern, construe and enforce all of the rights and duties of the parties arising from or relating in any way to the subject matter of this Agreement. YOU AND DATABASES DIRECT CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF AND VENUE IN A COURT LOCATED IN ENGLAND, FOR ANY SUITS OR CAUSES OF ACTION CONNECTED IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise required by law, any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to This Website must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred..
